William Colvin, Esq.
This attorney, who represented the now convicted dumper,
William Foxworth, is now with the law firm Shumacker Whitt Gaither
& Whitaker PC. Mr. Colvin is guilty of obstructing justice, protecting
organized crime, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and suborning perjury.
Mr. Colvin's website(click below), lists as one of his "Great"
accomplishments, the case Oliver vs. Hydro-Vac Services, Inc.,
a TN Court of Appeals case in 1993. What Mr. Colvin doesn't say is that
he accomplished this victory by fraud and conspiracy with attorneys
Frederick L. Hitchcock and James W. Gentry to lie to State Circuit
Court Judge Samuel H. Payne. Mr. Colvin drafted a fraudulent
Order for Judge Payne's signature with full knowledge that said Order
was in direct violation of the Order of the Federal Court. By duping
Judge Payne into signing the fraudulent Order, Colvin, in conspiracy
with attorneys Hitchcock and Gentry, was able to protect and cover-up
the hazardous waste dumping operation of his now convicted client,
dumper William Foxworth. Attorneys Hitchcock and Gentry on the other
hand, were able to protect the interests of their clients who were also
involved in wrong doing. Colvin's conspiracy, protection of organized
crime, and obstruction of justice has led to the contamination of
Little Debbie® products baked in the Chattanooga area baking plants
of McKee Foods Corporation. Colvin fought vigorously to prevent the
post judgment tape recorded conversation of Judge Samuel H. Payne
and myself from being allowed into the record . I had requested
the Appeals Court to allow my Motion for Consideration of Post
Judgment Facts under Rule 14., and allow the introduction of
these "Extremely Damaging Admissions" by a State Circuit Court Judge
into the appeal process. This conversation proves absolutely, that
Judge Payne was lied to by Colvin. Futhermore, Judge Payne's
statments on the tape recorded conversation demand to be
addressed and made public. Judge Payne admits that he
and other Judges in Hamilton County, Tennessee
"...ARE NOT PUBLIC PROTECTORS..." "...THAT LAWYERS ARE
ALLOWED TO LIE IN THEIR PLEADINGS TO HIM"... and that he
"...DID NOT READ WHAT I FILED TO HIM"... and the most
damaging statment made by Judge Payne was that he was not
concerned about the hazardous waste dumping operation going
on in his own district. The Tennessee Court of Appeals stated
in their Opinion that Judge Samuel H. Payne made a sound
judicial decision by not allowing me to refile my case in the
Tennessee Circuit Court as so ordered by Federal Judge
James H. Jarvis. Attorney William G. Colvin has listed this
case Oliver vs. Hydro-Vac Services, Inc., as one of his
"Great" victories over Pro Se litigant Ernest A. Oliver.
