court systems, and, most importantly of all, United States Vice
President Albert Gore Jr. of Tennessee. At the 1992 world
Environmental Summit in Brazil, Vice President Albert Gore Jr.
proclaimed Chattanooga to be the so-called "Environmental City of
the world" for all to emulate.

Enclosed is the recent article written by Michael Blayney,
Environmental Health & Safety, Dartmouth College; John S. Winn,
Department of Chemistry, Dartmouth College; David W. Nierengerg,
Drpartments of Medicine and Pharmacology/Toxicology, Dartmouth
College, describing the tragic death of Dr. Karen E. Watterhahn,
Professor of chemistry at Dartmouth College. Dr. Wattermahn died
from a single exposute to one drop of dimethylmercury.

The present situation at the Chattanooga Summit Landfill, directly
above the McKee Foods Corporation baking plants, is producing
deadly dimethymercury.

Enclosed is my brief to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and my
petition for Writ of Certiorari to the U.S, Supreme Court regarding
this matter. Also enclosed are Chattanooga Air Pollution
department, records wherein McKee's legal councel, Gary Lander,
admits that:

"... Mr. Oliver wants McKee to sue him for
slander/libel so that Mr. Oliver can then
raise the "truthfulness" of his claims as a
            counterclaim.

These records, along with tape-recorded conversations, prove that
no monitoring has ever occurred in Chattanooga for the presence of
mercury--a tasteless, odorless, cancer-causing poison--and its
compounds. Furthermore, there is absolute proof that no monitoring
is presentiy occurring, on a daily basis by city regulators, state
requlators or by McKee Foods Corporation itself, to assure that
Little Debbie® products are not contaminated with these cancer-
causing substances. The fact that mercury and benzine compounds
are cumulative poisons in the human system, makes even small
undetectable amounts a serious health hazard to the public.

Mr. Ambassador, in March of 1993, William G. Colvin Esq., the legal
counsel who continues to represent the Appellees herein before the
U.S. Supreme Court, did in fact run to Judge Samuel Payne of the
Hamilton County, Tennessee, Circuit Court, to dismiss the
$5,000,000.00 "slap suit" they had filed against me for slander,
libel, and interference with contracts. The fact that NO ONE in
the last five (5) years has filed a claim against me for my
